Experienced in managing large and small teams (office based and remote), change management, process improvement and strategy development through directing research. Managed major international portfolios remotely and led major audit and reviews of several large insurers, systems and service providers with recommendations and implementation of changes required.

Deep expertise in Medical and Life Insurance in particular, both UK and International. Invited speaker at major conferences such as E&Y Annual conference, IBC, Supervisors' conferences and Laing & Buisson.
